Aon Continues to Expand Health & Benefits Team with a New Hire
Sydney, 11 July 2017 – Aon has announced the appointment of Neil Robinson as Sales Director for its Health & Benefits team, with a remit to ensure Aon’s value proposition continues to evolve to meet the needs of its clients.
Mr Robinson brings 17 years’ experience working in life, accident and health, and the medical insurance markets in both Australia and in the UK prior to re-joining Aon after a brief hiatus. He also spent the last three years at JLT’s Benefit Solutions Practice, most recently in the capacity of National Manager of Corporate Life insurance.
“Aon is continuing to invest in Health and Benefits talent to address the unique opportunity we are seeing within the Australian market. There is an increasing demand to deliver compelling, flexible and integrated solutions to our clients and, as a result, we need to ensure Aon remains focused on meeting client needs by having the right people like Neil to drive our value proposition,” said Jennifer Richards, Managing Director, Specialties, Aon.
Ms Richards added, “We are excited to have Neil on board. His experience and deep knowledge of the group insurance and employee benefits market globally and locally will complement the breadth of expertise within the team.”
Commenting on his new role, Mr Robinson said, “Aon’s investment in the health and benefits space in Australia and around the globe is significant and speaks to the commitment within the organisation of bringing the best advice and products to our clients.
“I am excited to be part of a team that not only champions a strong client advocacy model but also has the technology, breadth of services and data to allow clients to deliver relevant and sustainable benefit offerings to its employees. Over the next 12 months, I will be focusing on developing our data points and proposition to allow clients to understand the return on investment of a fully integrated insured employee benefits and wellness program.”
