Aon actively encourages you (and all our clients) to pursue the highest level of security from your reinsurance panel. This continuing "flight to quality" has given us the opportunity to develop a Security Ratings Index (SRI) - a method of assessing the security of a reinsurance panel.

Recognising that levels of security differ within the reinsurance market, reinsurance buyers are focussing more and more on benchmarking and best practice business philosophies.

Aon's SRI is a method for benchmarking

• the composition of a reinsurance panel
• the "total" value received through the payment of premium
• changes in security over time.
