Traineeships

The Aon National Traineeship Program provides a two-year structured career pathway for recent Year 12 high school leavers or young people with little or no office experience.

Coursework is self-paced plus allocated time ‘on-the-job’, which means trainees only have to complete minimal study, if at all, in their own-time. Upon completion, this program will result in a Diploma of Financial Services, enabling many opportunities, nationally and internationally, to grow within Aon.

Our traineeship program is available in all state capitals and many regional branches throughout Australia. No insurance industry or previous work experience is required to join the program.

All traineeship positions will be advertised through Aon's Job Search  when they become available.
